Most commonly treated sleep disorders:
- Central Sleep Apnea
- Complex Sleep Apnea
- Obstructive Sleep Apnea
- Restless Leg Syndrome (Nocturnal Myoclonus)
Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation:
Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab provides services for those with cardiovascular, pulmonary and peripheral artery disease. Through exercise, education, and support we strive to help you regain independence and take back freedoms you feel have been inhibited by your disease.
What to Expect:
Before enrolling in the program you will have a one on one appointment with the rehab team where we develop an individually tailored exercise program to meet your needs. Once we have established your personalized program, you’ll be enrolled in a rehab class meeting two to three times a week for one hour. Classes consist of monitored exercise, medication and blood pressure management, tobacco cessation and education.
Whether you have had a recent cardiac event or are newly diagnosed with pulmonary disease, our team is here to help guide and support you through every stage of your journey.
