Meeting Minutes

The Delta County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors is elected and is composed of five members from towns throughout the county. The Board Members are volunteers, who serve the citizens of the county, in addition to working full-time in their jobs and businesses. The Hospital CEO and Department Managers, who supervise a staff of approximately 700 employees, direct the day-to-day operations of the facility.

Delta County Memorial Hospital is a non-profit hospital district, with an annual payroll of $39,041,697 and annual net revenue of $84,751,073 in 2019. DCMH is currently the largest employer in Delta County.

Board Meeting Procedures

The Delta County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors has developed the following procedures for receiving at its meetings. Persons who wish to address the board should become familiar with and follow these procedures.

 

Subject Matter

DCMH Board of Directors meetings may not be used for addressing grievances of individual employees or patients, personal attacks, commercial endorsements or matters related to negotiations or litigation with DCMH. Only those requests conforming to subject matter requirements will be approved.

Board of Directors Meeting Agendas and Minutes

The Board of Directors’ meeting agendas will be posted here prior to scheduled meetings. All posted minutes have been approved by the Board of Directors. Signed versions of minutes, as well as minutes for preceding years, are available upon request.
