Where does my health information on the portal come from?
The information on the portal is pulled directly from DCMH electronic medical records system.
How do I find my laboratory results?
Once you've logged in to the patient portal, press Health Record on the first page. Then, press Results - your lab test results will be displayed there.
How do I find my radiology reports?
Once you've logged in to the patient portal, press Health Record on the first page. Then, press Reports - your x-ray, CT scan or MRI reports are displayed there.
Why isn't more information available on the portal?
DCMH just started utilizing the patient portal in July 2014. We hope to have more information available for our patients in the near future.
How do I access my child's patient portal?
If your child is under 18, contact Medical Records at (970) 399-2810, they will get your child set up on the portal for you.
The allergies and/or medications listed on my portal are not correct - who do I contact to correct them?
The information regarding your current allergies and medications will be updated if you are a patient in the Emergency Department or are an inpatient at the hospital.
Can I get information from my doctor's office visits on the hospital portal?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Your physician's office will give you information on how to access your patient portal for visits with their office.
Is my information safe?
Yes! Your password is encrypted and cannot be copied. In addition, a time-out feature protects your information if you leave your portal page open.
