Hospital Board of Directors
The Delta County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors is elected and is composed of five members from towns throughout the county. The Board Members are volunteers, who serve the citizens of the county, in addition to working full-time in their jobs and businesses. The Hospital CEO and Department Managers, who supervise a staff of approximately 700 employees, direct the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Delta County Memorial Hospital is a non-profit hospital district, with an annual payroll of $38,567,637 in 2016 and an annual net revenue was $69,837,560 in 2016. DCMH is currently the largest employer in Delta County.

Board Meeting Procedures:
The Delta County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors has developed the following procedures for receiving public comment at its meetings. Persons who wish to take part in the public comment period should become familiar with and follow these procedures.
Public comment at the DCMH Board of Directors meetings may not be used for addressing grievances of individual employees or patients, personal attacks, or commercial endorsements. The public comment period also may not be used to address matters related to negotiations or litigation with DCMH. Only those requests conforming to subject matter requirements will be approved.
Requests to Address the DCMH Board of Directors
A sign-up sheet will be provided on the day of the scheduled board meeting for all persons wishing to address the DCMH Board of Directors. Individuals wanting to provide public comment must sign up at the Crag Crest conference room door prior to the start of the respective board meeting. Individuals must provide their name and the subject matter of their comment. Speakers will be called in the order in which they sign up.
Each person will be permitted no more than two minutes for comment.
