The Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab department offers outpatient services for those with heart, lung and peripheral artery disease. Our mission is to improve the lives of our patients by instilling a greater sense of health, well-being and independence through a combined effort of exercise, education and support.

Who can participate?
Cardiac rehab is designed for those with diagnosed heart disease or a recent cardiac event or intervention such as a heart attack, angina, congestive heart failure, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), angioplasty or stent, heart valve repair or replace or a heart transplant.
Pulmonary rehab is designed for those diagnosed with lung disease or a recent lung surgery such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension, sarcoidosis, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer or lung transplant
Supervised exercise therapy for peripheral artery
disease (SET PAD) is a brand new program for those struggling with PAD. Participants must have symptomatic (intermittent claudication ) to participate in this program.
Our classes are small, personable and promote a large support network of your family, Clinical Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, Pharmacists, your Primary Care Physician, your Cardiologist/Pulmonologist, and your fellow class members. We strive to help you feel better, gaining the freedom of physical and psychological independence.
