Food Services

The Nutrition Services team brings more than 50 years of cooking experience to the meals served. Our goal is to continually strive to bring new, interesting, and healthy menu options for both patients and Alice's Restaurant customers. Our food service is managed by Gretchen Pulver, CDM, CFPP.





Alice's Restaurant

Alice's cafeteria-style restaurant is named for a beloved DCMH employee. She gave her all to the hospital for more than 44 years, and her name lives on at Alice's.

7:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday

Inpatient Meal Service

Our expert team provides quality food service to our hospitalized inpatients. After a patient is admitted to the hospital, they are visited by a concierge to discuss their food preferences and make meal selections from our menu based on ordered by their physician. Our menu options change daily and cater to patients with allergies and special dietary needs.
