Food Services

The Nutrition Services team brings over 50 years of cooking experience to the meals we serve. Our goal is to continually strive to bring new, interesting, and healthy menu options for both patients and Alice's Restaurant customers. Our food service is managed by Gretchen Pulver, CDM, CFPP.

Alice's Restaurant

Alice's cafeteria-style restaurant is named for a beloved DCMH employee. She gave her all to the hospital for more than 44 years, and her name lives on at Alice's.

Hours of Operation

7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday thru Friday
7:00 am -2:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday

Inpatient Meal Service

Our expert team provides quality food service to our hospitalized inpatients. After a patient is admitted to the hospital, they are visited by a diet technician twice daily to make their meal selection from our full menu. Our menu options are designed to meet a variety of needs and preferences. Our staff caters to patients with allergies and special dietary needs.

We provide a concierge from the kitchen to help deliver patient meals, help with meal set-up/assistance, and offer coffee, tea, or adjustments to the meal.
