The Nutrition Services team brings over 150 years of food service experience to the meals served. Our goal is to serve new, interesting, and healthy menu options to both patients and Alice's Restaurant customers. Alice's Restaurant

Alice's cafeteria-style restaurant is named for a beloved DCMH employee. She gave her all to the hospital for more than 44 years, and her name lives on at Alice's.

Inpatient Meal Service

Our experienced team provides quality food service to our inpatients. After being admitted to the hospital, they are visited by a concierge to discuss their food preferences and make meal selections from our menu based on a diet ordered by their physician. Our menu options change daily and cater to patients with allergies and special dietary needs.
